Dr. Caitlin Waters is our very own Board Certified Dentist Anesthesiologist. She is from a small town in New Mexico and grew up in a family of dentists. She and her twin brother are third generation dentists continuing the family legacy behind their grandfather, father, & aunt.
Dr. Waters graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology with Magna Cum Laude Honors. During her collegiate experience, she competed as a Division 1 Varsity Track & Field athlete as well. She is a 4 Year All Big 12 Academic Award Recipient and a 6 time All Big 12 Conference Varsity Track & Field Medalist.
In addition to being a student-athlete, she was also a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. Her involvement in collegiate track and philanthropic events of sorority have equipped her with qualities of discipline, integrity, & compassion which she brings into her everyday life here at Dental on Central.
Dr. Waters gained her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. She graduated with honors and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Following her dental school experience, Dr. Waters further continued her educational endeavors to achieve Dental Anesthesiology specialty status. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, Dental Anesthesiology Department. Dr. Waters has achieved the highest level of excellence in Dental Anesthesiology specialty by completing Board Certification status.
Dr. Waters’ mission is to provide quality care, anxiolysis, and pain management to patients of all ages and needs with particular attention towards pediatric, phobic, and special needs populations. She is dedicated to continuing education and is a proud member of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiologists (ASDA), American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA), and Arizona Dental Society of Anesthesiology (AZDSA).
